I am a QiGong teacher, breathwork facilitator, ceremonial guide and founder of Breath of Life, an emerging school of natural healing, embodied wisdom and human potential. Through individual sessions, group practices, workshops, retreats and ceremony, I support people in reconnecting with their life force, their inner knowing and their capacity to live with greater authenticity, purpose and joy.
Since 2016, I have facilitated transformational spaces in Sweden and internationally, bringing together movement, breath, energy, sound, nature, self-inquiry and human connection.
The path that brought me here
My own journey through healing, spiritual practice and self-exploration has shaped how I guide others. I know the experience of searching for a way forward when life feels dark, disconnected or overwhelming. That search led me to explore a wide range of approaches to wellbeing, energy cultivation, embodiment and the deeper relationship between human beings and the living world.
With ancestral roots in China and years of immersive study and practice connected to Andean and Inka energy medicine, including extended periods in the mountains and rainforests of South America, I have developed a deep relationship with Daoist practices, nature-based wisdom and ceremony.
These paths have taught me different ways of listening: to the breath, to sensation, to the elements, to intuition, to the people around us and to the world we belong to.
I sometimes call the meeting of these streams in my own teaching Andean QiGong. It is my way of weaving energy cultivation, embodied awareness and an earth-honoring approach into a living practice.
Ancient traditions, living practice
Medical QiGong and Daoist energy cultivation form an important foundation of my work. They invite us to explore how movement, breathing, attention and intention affect our sense of vitality and presence.
From Andean and Inka-inspired energy medicine and ceremonial traditions, I draw an appreciation for relationship, reciprocity, the elements, the land and the power of meaningful ritual.
Breathwork, coaching, somatic inquiry, sound and creative expression offer further ways to explore what is present and bring the experience into everyday life.
There is a place for depth and stillness, and a place for laughter, singing, movement and play. I value both.
Training and experience
I began facilitating breathwork experiences in 2016 and started teaching QiGong in 2018.
My training includes a 200-hour Medical QiGong practitioner certification with Noble Movement Academy and a year-long Breath of Love breathwork instructor training, alongside more than a decade of study and exploration of energy medicine, meditation, coaching and nature-based traditions.
Over the years, I have facilitated approximately 400 workshops, classes, gatherings and retreats. I have taught QiGong in community settings, at festivals and conferences, and for organizational audiences, including Samhall, Vattenfall, Botkyrka and Vallentuna, as well as at the SafeComp conference hosted at KTH.
I have worked with people in individual sessions, intimate circles and larger groups, in person and online. Across these different settings, the heart of the work remains the same: creating a welcoming space for presence, agency, connection and discovery.
